St Pauls Church 16th Street:
Many engineers previously visited this church and could not find any way to add 40tons of refrigeration to cool the main Sanctuary. John Blank, founder of JJ BLANK ENGINEERING CO solved this by locating a chiller in the Belltower and locating air handling equipment in the Basement. After completion in 2006, the owners have expressed satisfaction of the project (Kimmel Mechanical)
